I tried the 20/80 dmso with castor oil in the hopes of getting some relief in my achy joints. The oil smells so badly of an ash tray that I couldn’t stand it. I asked about the smell and didn’t receive an answer if this is normal. Disappointing that there refund policy states products can be returned if customer is not satisfied yet the product has to be returned unopened and unused; so how would I know if I’m satisfied if I don’t try it first?! I’m not satisfied but I’m stuck with it. I’m going back to scent free organic golden castor oil, it at least provided fine relief without a successive l sickening smell.
I totally understand if you downt like the smell of a fire pit or grilling outside just before the food goes on the grill. The castor oil does have a strong smell however I could not find your email. Please send me your order number and I will gladly refund the purchase. Thank you for letting us know of your siguation I have updated the description to include the words 'Jamaican Black' to castor oil in the hope that no future customers will misunderstand what they are purchasing. I hope you will make the product a gift to someone who can use it that wont mind the scent.

I ordered the 2080. It works great for the pain in my wrist and my mother’s back. I have also been using it around my eyes to improve my vision. Eventually I will start putting it in my eyes because I have noticed a slight improvement in my eyesight. I will order the 5050 next.
Too soon tell if it is working so far nothing. I am using for floater in my eye.
