Instructions are emailed to you once your order is packed for shipping. Keep that email handy. If you can't find it, email us and we'll resend it, or bring your questions to the Thursday call.

Start with ReVital-Eyes on its own first. For the first 3 days, use 1 drop in each eye about every 10 minutes, 6 times in one hour, in the morning and again in the evening. This prepares your eyes before you add a DMSO and castor oil blend.

Morning: 1 drop of ReVital-Eyes, then 1 drop of your blend as soon as your eyes clear (usually a couple of minutes). Wait 30 minutes and repeat. Evening: the same pattern again. That's about 4 rounds a day. One drop of each product is enough.

No. Use the next drop as soon as your eyes have cleared from the last one, usually a couple of minutes. Just don't put two drops in back-to-back without giving the first a moment to settle.

Gently pull down your lower eyelid and let the drop fall into that pocket, then close your eyes so it spreads across the whole surface. Some people prefer the inner corner; use whatever works best for you.

Yes. Consistency matters more than the exact time. For example, a focused two-hour block with drops at the start, middle and end of each hour can work as well as a morning and evening routine.

Our combos are designed as a routine: ReVital-Eyes keeps the eye surface moisturized, and the DMSO and castor oil blend and SeaClear are made to be used alongside it. Many customers find they get the most out of their routine when they use the full combo consistently.

Not necessarily. Many customers step down over time from 40/60 to 30/70, and later move to a lighter maintenance routine a few times a week. Bring your progress to the Thursday call and Leslie will help you decide when to adjust.

Our ratio blends range from the gentle 1090 to the stronger 4060, and every eye is different. We can't recommend products for a specific diagnosed condition on our website. Join the Thursday Q&A or book a consultation, and please keep working with your eye doctor.

ReVital-Eyes is a hydrating, moisturizing eye drop made with 2% hyaluronic acid, Celtic salt saline and organic vegetable glycerin. It's designed to prepare your eyes for our DMSO and castor oil blends, and it's also great on its own for daily comfort.

ReVital-Eyes pairs with Eye-See, 4anEye, 2080, 3070 and 4060.

The sting usually reflects how dry your eyes already are. Most people find it fades within a minute, and it eases a lot after the first 4–6 drops and the first few days of regular use. Using it more often at the start (6 drops in an hour, morning and evening) helps the sting pass faster. If pain is severe, lasts more than a few minutes, or comes with worsening redness, swelling, discharge or vision changes, stop and contact your eye doctor. Castor oil is thick, so it's normal for vision to be blurry for a few minutes while the oil spreads across the eye. Plan your drops for times you don't need to drive or read right away.

Yes. Wait 30 minutes after a DMSO and castor oil blend before putting your contacts in. ReVital-Eyes doesn't affect contacts, but it isn't a rewetting drop: take your lens out, use the drop, then put the lens back in.

Use ReVital-Eyes 3–4 times before you swim and again right after you get out. If irritation continues, skip your DMSO blend before swimming and use it later in the day instead.

Many customers enjoy simple eye exercises: look left and right, up and down, diagonally, and roll your eyes in circles, about 10 times each (search "eye gymnastics" on YouTube). When switching focus from your phone to something farther away, gently squeeze your eyes shut for a second, then open them.

Please check with your eye surgeon or eye doctor first, especially after recent surgery, and keep using any prescribed treatment. Our products are meant to be used alongside your doctor's care, not instead of it.

DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide) is a naturally derived compound known for helping other ingredients absorb. In our blends it's paired with Jamaican Black Castor Oil. We use 99.995% pure, pharmaceutical-grade DMSO.

No. Our eye care products are eye drops, and our pain care and skin care products are for topical use on the skin. Never drink them.

We don't recommend it for your eyes. Purity matters with DMSO because it carries whatever it's mixed with deeper. That's why we use 99.995% pharmaceutical-grade DMSO.
