Product working
our drops are helping with vision and especially hydration. The 4anEye is a real burner, I started out putting it on my eyelids only and rubbing it in slightly. I can now use directly in the eye. and I use it for reducing eye pressure. I wont see my eye Dr till August. and I still use my prescription drops 2-3 x week. You have to use it every day or the burn will come back. My husband is now using the 40/60 for floaters and says it has improved. Thank you
Poor instructions. Confusing regarding proper product and when/how to use it. I have given up and am scheduled for cataract surgery

According to our research we have communicated several times via email support@barecatbody.com in February with instructions on how to administer the products based on what your eyes were experiencing but we didn't receive a response to our last email.
If it is easier, we can continue the conversation over the phone if the email conversation was overwhelming. Please reply to the email with the best time to call and contact#.
I had a lot of questions about products and their usage. Had to wait over a week for email response. And after that when I had more clarifying questions nobody responded to me at all. If you are in business selling your products to people you need to have a customer service!!!
