At Barecat Body Care Essentials, all of our products are handmade in small batches for personal use and wellness. For that reason, all sales are final.

Refunds for Damaged Items Only

Refunds are only issued for products that arrive damaged during shipping.

To request a refund:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@barecatbody.com
• Include your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage (product and packaging)
• Once reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

We do not accept returns, as products cannot be reused or resold once shipped.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the contiguous 48 United States
• Any shipping charges incurred (such as expedited or non-contiguous U.S. or international locations) are non-refundable
