How to Use 4060 Blend and 4anEye Together
Purpose of using 4060 Blend + 4anEye
For more advanced eye conditions such as:
- Retinal detachment
- Vitreous detachment
- Corneal abrasions
- Ocular edema (eye swelling)
- Glaucoma with IOP of 33 or higher
- Lattice degeneration
- And other serious or degenerative eye issues
A combined approach using ReVital-Eyes, 4060 Blend, and 4anEye can provide additional support and promote optimal eye health.
Step-by-Step Usage Instructions
1. Apply ReVital-Eyes first
- Place 1 drop of ReVital-Eyes into each affected eye.
- Wait about 5 minutes to allow for full hydration and preparation of the eye surface.
2. Apply 4060 Blend next
- Place 1 drop of 4060 Blend into each affected eye.
- Wait 3–5 minutes to allow the 4060 to absorb.
3. Apply 4anEye last
- Place 1 drop of 4anEye into each affected eye.
🔄 Repeat this routine twice daily:
- Morning and Evening
Optional Mid-Day Application
The 4060 Blend may also be applied mid-day if needed, especially in cases where:
- Inflammation is present
- Discomfort or eye pressure feels elevated
- Additional support is desired between morning and evening routines
- Simply apply one extra drop of 4060 Blend mid-day, followed by ReVital-Eyes if necessary for comfort.

Barecat Body has the most unique and quality products out on the market. It's worth every penny. I'm using the eye products and they do work. All ingredients are organic and real. No fillers, preservatives or junk in her products. It's simply the Best!!
These drops are part of my treatment protocol that Leslie recommended. It takes a few times to get use to, but I can already see the difference. (No pun intended 😂) Ha, ha, ha!! Anyway, you gotta get use to these particular drops. They work. I'm already feeling the difference. The staff is amazing. I usually email them and they always get back to me.
Initially burning of the eyes with each application was the concern. Once application was made and burning stopped, the eyes felt good, Some days blinking was necessary to see clearly. Biggest issue was drainage into the throat, particularly at night, which caused a sensitive throat and coughing up phlegm and nasal drainage which has continued for 3 weeks. Was hoping to affect the eye pressure with the use of the product, but have discontinued based on the persistent throat issues. Procedure was a drop of ReVital Eyes and then 5-10 minutes later adding a drop of the 40/60 blend. Please advise if procedure was incorrect.
I purchased several products in Dec '25, so I cannot comment on all of them at this point. Since I started with the 40-60 Blend and ReVital combo, this review is about them.
So far, ReVital lasts a really long time, depending on how many uses per day. I kept my bottle beside, since my house is relatively cool with controlled AC. I kept the 40-60 Blend in the fridge.
Overall, I am very pleased with the products and the superb customer services!
I finished the bottle of ReVital-Eyes. It performed well. I used it as needed, sometimes once or twice a day, and sometimes not at all (not needed). Now I'm using Lustre. I like it, too, and am experiencing the same good benefits of longer time between having to use eye drops. This formula I typically use 1x per day, if at all. I also use it during the night if needed, since I always sleep with a floor-stand oscillating fan and a ceiling fan. I also sleep with a super lightweight shemagh wrapped loosely over my head and eyes--sounds dumb, but it really helps against the dry eyes at night.
Disappointingly, I may not finish the bottle of 40/60 Blend. It's very, very stingy, even when following the recommendations provided. I also am not a fan of the aroma and the stickiness. My eyes are too blurry with the blend, and it doesn't feel like my eyes are refreshed afterward.
Since I'm getting the opportunity to try several formulas, I will definitely be returning to purchase more favs once I've completed my "experiments." Two thumbs up for BCB!
